Khmer Rik Reay Development Association (K.D.A) was founded and registered at Ministry of Interior (MoI) in reference number 156 ស.ជ.ណ January 2015 by youths group leaders who has vision to contribute with Royal Government of Cambodia (RGC) in reducing poverty through providing key skills training to rural youths and poor community people to have real skill for better lives in Cambodia.

Mr.REUN BUNTHOV is a former Board member of Khmer Rik Reay Development Association (K.D.A) and promoted to Executive Director (ED) through voting by the board and management team of the association aligned with conditions of association.  He has been working experiences with international organizations more than twenty years in leadership, management, project management, public relations…. etc. He graduated master’s degree in general management in Cambodia.
